I've had deep fried battered strawberries at a State Fair. Probably one of the more sensible options there too.

a tattie scone has to be fried! i grill everything else so i don't feel bad about having a fried tattie scone on a sunday.

deep fried pizzas are rotten, but i love a pizza crunch. haven't had one in years though.

it does melt. but it's encased in the batter so it all stays inside. though it's not melted so much that you can't tell it's a mars bar anymore. it's just a bit gooey.
