Hi - thinking of booking one of the alternatives to camping such as tepee, Yurt and Squrt, Pod Pad, Hotel Bell Tent. Has anyone used these and how far were they from all the goings on!? Thanks.

The tipi village is in a lovely location with stunning views down Pennards and across the festival. A nice escape and not a great amount of passing human traffic. And even tho its very close to the Park, it is not super loud at night time.

To be honest you can buy a bell tent for £250ish... you may as well do that and then you get to keep it forever.

Ive booked a tipi for 2 although there is space for 5 ,fed up of c**ts guide ropes and pissing next to the tents,anyone had a tipi last year. I did try with 2 laptops to get a pod but they were seeminly sold out by 9,in fact i think they were sold before the damn sale opened,anyone wanna do a deal for tipi for pod some cash
