Tiesto?

Too many folk on here saying everyone is allowed an opinion then shiting on others when there opinion doesn't match. I believe the term is hypocrite.

For what it's worth I don't like Tiesto, I don't know if he does attract neds and I don't know if "neds" would shell out £140 just for one act and the fact that Rockness isn't 45 minutes away from the central belt could discourage them anyway.

All I care about is that Rockness thrives in the same vain as Bestival, trying to do something different and booking acts that make you go wow, not your usual TITP pish. I don't want the arsehole element of T to ruin it and hopefully the organisers can do the upmost to discourage it.

perfect :P

doesnt tiesto charge 1million per gig? :/ think of the fun we could have with that if he didnt book tiesto... we could fly garspard out... buy a glow in the dark cross... 2 marshall stacks... couple of cdjs... have justice play in the campsite and STILL have money left over for a free drink for evry1 in the campsite! :P

Tiesto would be the worst booking in the history of Rockness.

I'd consider selling my ticket due to the severe amount of roasters who would head north.

why do you think it's cliquey? because we don't all agree with you? a few of us on here had disagreements over the leftfield/daft punk thing, but we had that debate and now it's finished. most of us on here can have a difference of opinion and then just get back to the funny banter.

it would be boring if we all agreed i like a good debate about tunes/bands/djs ...its all in good fun !!

i don't think i could handle ten hours on a plane with some of the folk on here :P

ha ha it would be a riot lol !!!!

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
