Here is some wood for the fire !

*puts a large pile of logs and twigs down and then sorts out remaining embers of fire*

It will soon be blazing again :P

I too will be at Bearded Theory in May so we can have a 'proper' campfire meet there hopefully :P

Got a long day tomorrow so going to hit the sack. See you soon guys soon.

*returns to tent yawning*

*Crawls out of tent, looking bleary eyed*

That's a bloody good weekend of intense partying, perfect practice session for Glastonbury.

*Wanders off in search of pizza and cider*

*returns with plenty of spare wood to keep fire going for rest of night*

Thanks FiB's I will have a cup of hot chocolate before I disappear off to bed.

I don't normally have sugar but as it's cold 2 spoonfuls should fix me I think.

...maybe a marshmallow too :P

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
