the snow had started to melt here, but now it's snowing heavily again today. i can just stay in the house but the tiniest bit of snow here means all the trains get cancelled so i just hope rexclark gets home from work ok. the snow hasn't stopped since i got up this morning, i think it's going to get quite deep again.

i don't like snow anymore. :(

must be at least a foot deep here, and the snow hasn't stopped all day. just been out to the spermarket and the roads are a total mess. cars aren't moving at all, loads of them stuck in the snow. trains and buses are cancelled and motorways are closed.

It looked like it snowed a bit today, because the footprints on the drive were slightly covered but it's very cold and the snow that was down was all frozen. My car was making a funny bubbling noise too but then sorted itself out.

Just wish it was summer again, cold weather is a nightmare!!

So Central Scotland has ground to a halt, the Transport Minister seems to be getting the blame.. nothing at all to do with the idiots who went out in those conditions on their school runs etc.. and then blocked the roads stopping gritters and snow-ploughs getting through!!

Ok so the authorities could have got the weather forecast a bit more accurate and been a bit more prepared, but people should be responsible for their own actions and checking these things for themselves before travelling, especially after all the bad weather the past 10 days

Oh and it's all Franke Boyles fault :P

    • Solid list...  but i must ask?  are you excluding Lime Garden & Tomora as you didn't like them or is it that you havent listened to them?
    • It was Brooklyn last year, and I seem to remember a Guinness tent
    • That leaker off Instagram was saying earlier this year that Nickelback are doing a tour with Broco and Wargasm, but no evidence as yet
    • Gojira are unoficially confirmed by the organisation at Hellfest since last December already.   Slayer was supposed to be this year as a Mainstage 2 headliner at the place of Volbeat for a thrash day but negotiations fell off. Very likely to be there next year.    MCR I didn't know about but it fits well with Hellfest's desire to keep one day as more punk/rock orientated.    Europe are a confirmed headliner for Sweden Rock 2027. They will not headline HF but we may seem them on the bill. I am very curious who will be the legacy bands next year at HF. There was some backlash after 2025 and a bit of a return to heavier metal on the bill in 2026 - e.g. Gatekeeper on the main stage. The only considerable legacy acts I see coming (if they are in Europe) and haven't been at HF for a while are Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Slash, FFDP (if you count them as legacy), ZZ Top, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. I really hope they manage to pull sth big for the 20th anniversary like AC/DC.
