The bloke who did my building work saw Bono and an American guy in a restaurant in Eire just after or before Glastonbury.

They gave up their quiet table at the request of the owner (didn't know who it was at that point).

Saw Bono and decided to pester for photos and the like.

Got photos of Bono, builder, and the American guy.

When they went to pay were told the meal had been taken care of, said Bono's a nice guy isn't he, restauranter said it wasn't Bono that paid,
