I've seen them live twice now, Momentary Lapse Tour and Division Bell Tour. Amazing show but the chance of them ever playing again was pretty slim even before Richard Wright passed away.

Saw the Roger Waters set at Glasto a few years back and the sound was pretty amazing on that, remember helicopters on the sound system which was pretty awesome! Floyd were amazing in the good old days and anything seems to be possible so who knows.................??

Yeah, he had quadrophonic speakers set up specially. Weirdly, as I would have liked to have been there, I heard what I heard of it from the other end of the site, but I'm pretty sure it didn't rain.

Saw Floyd in the 90's. they were great too.

However when Walters sang with Gilmore at Live 8 on Comfortably Numb it could only be the two of them together at last. I cried.

Then Rick Wright died. I cried then too.

Yeah, sadly I dont think it will happen.

I think Waters feels bad about the way Pink Floyd split and seems to have genuine sadness about it now upon reflection, however I still think Gilmour holds a grudge to some degree.

Waters and Wright had a few run ins just before the band split and I think Waters would not try and get the band back together out of respect for Wright which he did have even though they did not see eye to eye.

Gilmour said he was unhappy with Mr Eavis as Wright never got to play there before he died which does not give a good feeling about going there as a reformed group without Wright.

However, they are all getting older and maybe - just maybe whilst the 3 of them are still live and kicking they will put all differences behind them and play Glasto as a dedication to Wright.

I don't remember it raining but i did have to carry my mate across the field while he was on both very the worse for where hen the helicopters and planes noises were going round the speakers and wondering what the f**k was going on

i'm pretty sure it rained during Roger Waters set in 2002. everyone in my pictures in wearing jackets/macs with the hood up or hats on

it was an unbelievable set he did though, probably my best ever glastonbury moment. I remember him and the band sitting down to play cards halfway through the set

From a purely personal point of view I hope they dont play.

They are definately big enough and very popular, I'm not against bands that I dont like playing, my taste is my taste and there is always something else on at Glasto, but unfortunately my dear Girlfriend would not bloody shut up about it from now untill about three years after thier set (she is a bit of a fan) if they did play, Glastonbury that year would be "the "The pinkfloyd show" and I would have to be there too so that I would understand what she saw in them.

So for my domestic bliss, I hope not.
