firstly the thread isnt about ziggy its about Ky-mani secondly his music hasnt hit the mainstream (thankgod) so few people are aware of his material, I thought it might drum up a bit excitement and banter if it entitled by the name of his dad

Not really the point, as I said, it dosent sound good refering to any body simply by thier father, you are right, I shouldnt have assumed that it was Ziggy you wre refering to but as you didnt bother to say who you meant when you staryted a conversation I think I should be forgiven.

Mainly, I grew up with Bob Marleys music, it moved me and spoke to me. Refering to someone simply as "Bob Marleys son" is demeaniong them both. Not Good. He has a name.

Think Damian and Ziggy(?) headlined Jazz World on one of the nights in 2007 and had a Pyramid slot aswell so I guess that could happen again.

Edit - It was just Damian who headlined JW apparently

Damian played Jazzworld.

Stephen played one of the tents in the Dance Village.

The Marley Brothers (Damian, Stephen & Julian) played as The Marley Brothers on the Pyramid.
