I could actually go insane... 12 hours on the phone and internet trying to get Glasto tickets...finally get through to a chap on the phone...get half way through booking...call cuts out...phone up again...festival totally sold out.... MY>WHOLE>DAY WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASTED! I hate you Seetickets....

This thread is for anyone else who wants to mope around like me for a few hours after all the effort was fruitless...

Keep checking the glasto website and forums there will be tickets available no doubt in the coming weeks...

Not sure whether to laugh or cry at the moment!

30 (approx) trying to get tickets, all bar 3 people got tickets - one of which is one of my closest friends and my "wing man" at festivals if you know what i mean....won't be the same if he doesn't get one in the resales!!

see there - someone ended up buying 2 tickets using diff reg numbers - so one will get cancelled, prob loads who did this, considering how badly the site was messing up

Yeah similar happened to me, I got a pair of tickets but it has gone through twice so one pair will be getting cancelled and I imagine there will be plenty of other people in the same boat. The seetickets site was always going to have problems with the amount of people trying to get through.

Also there will be plenty of people (me included) that have only paid the deposit and will wait until the lineups have been announced before deciding whether they are actually going.

cause i did my flights on frequent flier points too i had to book them early so ive already got my flights booked in for europe urgh

I probably hit 'submit' on the payment page about 40 times - every time it timed out, I pressed 'back' then hit submit again.. over the space of about 15 minutes. If that has managed to go through only once I'll be amazed. I expect there will be lots of people in the same position.. so tickets available.

im gonna keep checking but i dont have much faith and i guess ill be going to spain alot sooner than i first expected
