Oh my god. Get me out of this office. It's my last day in the office before heading down tomorrow and I even came in an hour early so that I could leave an hour early this evening and start my Glastonbury fun as soon as possible. Tonight is hair cut, packing and drink buying then on the road for 10am tomorrow. It's rare that I swear (and I apologise to those who may be offended) but I can honestly say I am properly f**king excited.

You have got to be kidding me it is bloody flying by....

I have just taken time out to check my emails and have a look on here.

My girlfriend broke her foot on friday and can hardly move so I have had to shuttle her to and from hospital which is no easy feat from here believe me. I have got to make sure she is fully set up for the next week as she will have to be looking after our 3 year old too! At one point I thought I was not going to make it :(. As the angel she is she insists she will be ok.

Still got loads and loads to do including putting my tent back in its bag which as most of you will know is more difficult than a Krypton factor puzzle.

I need a haircut too lol.

One thing is for certain I do not mind working hard for Glastonbury. See you all there.

    • Audrey Hobert getting a lot of traction lately and new single on Friday. Wonder if she could be round next summer.
    • Think Pulp are optimistic, not in terms of size but just that they've been on the road (albeit not intensively) for 3 years in a row and it feels like EotR is the deliberate end of the cycle.   Would be fairly surprised if they're active next year.
    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
    • No argument that he’s bigger than ever, I just have no enthusiasm for it.
