At risk of sounding like a total idiot...(all good threads start like this)

I'm a glasto virign, and I'm hearing a lot about this place (for example the Glasto preview in Q mentioned Vampire pole dancers? )

What's there, whats good and when should I go there?

I agree it's totally pants and hardly anybody goes there.

I will certainly not going there every night again like last year.

I think the secret is not going in there at midnight on the dot when the main stages shut down.. Potter off somewhere else like Green fields for an hour or two..

its good to look at for about half an hour then it does get a bit boring. Better off getting in somewhere, remember being impressed by the slanted disco in Shangri-la last year, until i started feeling sea sick

Was thinking that its amazing just how much change has come about since the end of Lost Vagueness, what with Shangri-La, TC and Arcadia - essentially tripling the size of the area and concept. Think Roy must have really held them all back, considering this explosion in creativity that has happened over the last 2 years since.

The trick is not to try and enter at the main entrance from the railtrack...not going to tell you where the other less busy entrances are though! Find em yourself!

Trash is good to have a look around but the venue inside that I thought was bloody brilliant was the Drag Strip. Too loud inside, but great punky music, girls dancing topless with real snakes around them, all sorts of wacky stuff happening.

I saw The Amigos play The Drag-Strip last year, they did a cover of White Lines whilst a burlesque vampire danced on a side stage, one of my best memories.

What's the Wrecking Joint? Apparently that's where i'm probably stewarding in Trash City... Can't find anything out about it. No idea what it is.... But i'm so excited anyway!
