I've all but decided to give the Pyramid stage a shot on the Sat night. I've just got reeally into the best of (sorry, it's all my parents had) and want to know if there's a milestone/best album of his, or even a couple, that it would be worth me buying. Have seen a few youtube clips and the live show looks incredible, but at the same time I'll feel like a bit of a tourist on the Sat night if all I've listened to is the best of...

If you wanna cover a fair proportion of what he'll play, then Born To Run and Darkness are the main two. If he plays a 'festival' set, then I'd include Born In The USA as well, but there's usually no more than 2-3 tracks from that one. The best bet is to get onto Spotify, all his albums are on there.

Spotify, and try a few from Magic and Working on a Dream as they are the two most recent so should feature in the set. Within Spotify sort by popularity and you won't go far wrong, and see you in front of the Pyramid in a few weeks

The Rising is by far his best album of recent times. How much he'll play from it is another matter. It'll be the title track; Lonesome Day and probably Waitin' On A Sunny Day and possibly Mary's Place as it will be a 'user friendly' festival set.

Aslong as I hear Dancing in the Dark I'll be a very happy man. I can't wait, which is something I never thought I'd say 6 months ago.
