it is EPIC.

new album comes out on 13th april, that is like, less than 2 weeks!

i am going on a major holiday to USA in July so am on a blanket ban for purchasing but this is the exception

i freaking hope they play reading/leeds again. they were quality in 2007.

Will have to check that out. It was seeing them on the Reading line up in 07 that made me discover them.

Unfortunatly missed them, been hoping theyl play somewhere this year

It is....although i got a decent rip, not the poor quality ones floating around the public sites. And I don't feel guilty for downloading it - I'll always go and see them at gigs when possible, that tends to be where a bands makes their money

Yeah perhaps...anyway, yeah...you'll love it I reckon. Sounds more polished than the first album and Pikul EP. Don't know which is better at the moment, which is a pretty decent accolade. Carnavus was my favourite album of the last 2/3 years maybe.

was in hmv one day few years ago and there was a song on that I didnt have a clue who it was. found out who it was bought the album there and then and have been hooked since.

Have you been to one of their shows? If so, what are they like? I have always missed them at their own stuff. Reading 07 is the only time I have seen them.

I am pretty stoked that the album is out in like 10 days, Carnavas is amazing. I would put it close to my Top 5 Albums of all Time. That good.

Yeah, sounds pretty good, missed them for Arcade Fire in 2007 so hope we get them again this year.

New song sounds like the Pumpkins if they had Flea instead of D'Arcy...

I've only seen them at Leeds '07, but what I mean is, if I get the chance, would always pay whatever it costs to see them. I don't think it makes me a bad person...

Pikul is awesome, I love Comeback Kid and The Fuzz too. Carnavus is in my top 10 of all time too I reckon, I know they get the comparisons a lot, but I really do see them as the next Smashing Pumpkins (Pumpkins being probably my favourite band)

new album is bloody amazing, saw them couple of weeks back at south by southwest, they are pretty unbelievable live nowadays, best set i'd seen since pearl jam last june.

Really wanna see them. Was recommended by a friend from work by these guys and fell in love with them ever since... Carnavas was a masterpiece I thought and yeah... hopefully the new album is EPIC and wish they are playing!

PS - WOW! I've just heard Panic Switch and my god! I love it!... Also seen on their tour dates they are playing London next week?! I have to go!! Anyone else going?

Yeah the New album is incredible, especially the first 2 and last 3 songs. seeing them in Camden tomorrow night, small venue and cannot wait. Saw about 4 mins of them at reading back in Arcade fire year as arcade fire were late coming on, but saw them at the 100club in london that year in July. Fantastic band.

Amazing band, I am genuinely praying they play Reading this year. Cant wait to see them tomorrow!!!
