Hi dcsessions, its a 5ft x 3ft flag on a 6m skyblue pole. Here it is at Bearded Theory last year to give you a better idea :) ...

We finally painted our flag last Friday at our pre-Glasto party. It's a yellow flag. We then did the Glastonbury stone "LOVE" sculpture (that used to be at the stone circle) complete with graffitti and people sat on it and it's surrounded by rainbow and Glasto flags...ahh...don't know where they put the "LOVE" scuplture now. It used to have a million people on it at sunrise.... anyway flag looks alright I think - at least till we put it up with some of your professional little numbers!!!

i have a question. I've painted my flag with fabric paint. will it be waterproof? It says to iron the fabric to make the paint fast, but when i got the iron near the flag the flag was NOT happy. Do i need to use waterproof spray or summet??

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
