teetering on the edge at the moment though, there is potential for thunderstorms friday and it won't take much movement of the french low to make this happen

the ensembles are out and most are in reasonable agreement for air pressure, there are a number of runs going for rain sunday, again 7 days away so much to change

no-one mentions the wind speeds- they can make quite a difference to;

a) the sound on the pyramid stage and

keeping it bearable if the temps do hit the high 20's (i'd rather it overcast than 28c and dead still)

so; can we expect a nice breeze to keep it comfortable?

not sure i'd want to spend my time there going over the runs, think the obsession for most people is something to do with a general anticipation rather than an genuine interest in how it'll pan out. by wednesday we'll all be more sure of the rest of the forecast so the focus will be on enjoying ourselves!

would be interesting to see if the wow=michael fish rumours are true though..

I don't know if I could take it, by the cider bus laying back in the sun, only to find out a thunderstorm was set to hit the next day. Think once I'm there I'd rather live in peacefully sunny ignorance

Its not healthy the amount of time that I have spent looking at weather sites over the last few weeks.

Been positive for the past few weeks now and its still looking good. After a damp introduction to glasto in 04 the 05 deluge and 07 mud slog was a nightmare. Still had a great time but last year showed me how great Glastonbury can be when its dry.

Hopefully all the weather sites will keep the positve buzz going and we can all go and have some fun in the sun
