Lily Allen - Self confirm?

All my friends ridiculed me for having a Lily Allen poster on my wall when I was in halls. Eating they're words now ain't they, she's turned really hot recently. She better play, if she does i'm there for a perve. Just like last year at V festival... Do you need a better reason to go and see Girls Aloud?

how hot does she look in nme? :P

and that's coming from another girl, ha.

the 'indie' looks suits her x10000 times better then the chav look she had going on. and she looks really good with black hair and darker makeup.

basically, lily allen is looking pretty good at the moment :P

I have a strange desire to actually go and watch her. Not sure why.

I saw her in 2007 and 2008 too and thought she was ace

A million times better than the Wineo shambles

hmmmmmm ..... as it happened, I was 'treated' to them both doing a cameo with Mark Ronson @ Bestival a few years ago.

Winebucket was near the start of her decent into junky-ism, yet could still hold a note and sing in tune. The contrast to the out of time and out of tune no-talent that is Lily couldn't have been greater. :P

I do like Amy Winehouse, I saw her in 2007 and 2008 too, I just enjoyed Lily more

ah, but Crackhouse has been almost as bad as it's possible to get for quite a few years now, so saying Lily is better is much like saying that she's better than the worst pub band you've ever seen - it doesn't mean much. :P

Like I've said. . . I do heart Lily Allen.

She is Hawt! Not the hottest around or anything, but very presentable, engaging, charming and all round thumbs up for the whole package.

Her music is differnt from your average pop star these days. Hot or not I wouldn't see Girls Aloud.

She says things that are interesting and is generally honest which is something famous people are reluctant to do these days.

She had a famour father. . . she's currently more famous than him.

She's in Heat magazine a lot. . . so what, not her fault.

Anyways - looking very forward to seeing Ms Allen at Glasto. Will be a 2nd time after she opened a rain soaked TintheP 2007 in front of only a few thousand fans due to mental traffic jams.

Also this is my all time favourite TV moment ever. Two people, proper chemistry and totally letting their guard down!

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
    • Taxi mafia running their usual scam.
