how many of you were impressed with Jimi's voice last night. he seems to have got even better/stronger as a vocalist.

i thought that last night was one his very best in terms of it.

I can't see it anywhere (and I know they have been confirmed to play!) but they are headlining the John Peel Stage

Appologies if it has already been posted

bollocks. This really is dreadful news. Any idea how long a set the john peel headliners get? I am not sure I've ever seen a headline set in there

wonder what slot on the otherstage they were offered? must have been a dead early one. f**king idiot bookers

That's a strong set of headliners for the John Peel stage. Doves, Echo and the Bunnymen, and I reckon Sonic Youth might take the other slot. Damn!

but near impossible to get near the tent on friday with ting tings and mgmt on

we can take a reasonable guess at the stage headliners now:

Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Blur

Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand, Kanye West

Doves, Echo & The Bunnymen, Sonic Youth

    • They likely would if there aren't any other good options.
    • Out of interest (I could look but being lazy), do Mad Cool repeat that quickly? They only played last year
    • This basically!, it's about as clear as day they'll be there.
    • Yeah there is no down time, I'm still tired and over thinking from last weeks work. A big reality check this week. If you just do it for the money you always will.
