OAKLEY DOWN FARM - DECISION?

It's a bit of non-news really. Firstly ( to dispel any alarms) it's quite normal for events to have to go through this at some point - I can think of 3 named festivals in our bracket that have been through this in the last 12 months. The Council wanted to make amendments to our licence and we had to go to court to get it decided. In the end the two parties sat round a table and sorted it themselves - no need for any magistrate decision. We got what we wanted and so the festival goes ahead at the usual location.

In fact if anything it's given us the opportunity to have a think about stuff - how it all works & how to keep that unique vibe. This year there will be a few changes to enhance that - once the big name bands are finished ( no more details now though <_< - you'll have to wait until you get there...)

edit - to makes things clear
