What has the weather been doing the last 2 months in Pilton? It’s been pouring down up here in the NW and water table levels are very high. Plenty of time for land to dry and but I seem to remember that in 2016 high water table was one of the factors for the mud.

11/11 2 groups. Nothing for 40 mins and then both groups got through within a couple of minutes. 9/11 did not get past the holding page. Lucky and happy.

Another fantastic weekend. In no particular order the highlights for me were: Ezra Furman, Gretel Hanlyn, Lee Fields, Say she she, John Francis Flynn, Angel Olsen. Everyone else I saw were good apart from Bar Italia who I had been looking forward too but just didn’t have it on the day and Cass Mccombs who noodled away with some pretty tunes but was very one note. As ever talking heads was well curated and enjoyed all 6 author discussions I heard. Food wonderful and beer choice excellent. weak points were showers going down on Friday morning in general camping but after that very good and as others have mentioned the Garden being overrun with chairs and blankets particularly on Sunday. Toilets were fine for me but more urinals would make sense. can’t wait for next year.

I counted them up last week. As I am quite dull, and 506 tickets on resale. Going to be plenty of room.

Caught him just the once (Villa Park) this time around. Really enjoyed it and thought last album tunes worked well live. Will probably try for Eire shows if no Uk next year as who knows when the curtain will be coming down.

Indeed. I had been slightly leaning towards King G but this news sways me towards Ezra. Good to have the news pre EoTR.

Would take that set in a heartbeat. Being There tunes fit well with Cruel Country so makes sense to me. Going to be a great night whatever they play though!
