Arctic Monkeys / QOTSA Lizzo Guns N Roses / Paramore Sam Smith Elton John / Pulp The Prodigy Would be gutted to miss The Prodigy but by selfishly ordering the acts this way I'd get a QOTSA/Lizzo combo on the Friday and Pulp/Elton to close. Do think with 3 male headliners they'd want at least one female Other headliner and I'm not sure who else would realistically be an option. That being said, Lizzo subbing Elton is the dream. Though could easily see her 3rd down, post-legend ala Miley with Pulp subbing. That would be an amazing trio to end the festival on.

For purely selfish reasons I'd want QOTSA to sub Arctic Monkeys instead of headlining Other v Elton, then Lizzo to headline Other against Arctics. Stick Pulp on before Elton, job's a good un.

Why would there be uproar for Sam Smith clashing with GnR?

Still think European festivals are a false equivalence. She could do Other headline, maybe, but looking at European festivals then so could Editors. Rosalia is also headlining Primavera but most are touting her for West Holts headline.

Excellent lineup that. Doubt I can make it with Glastonbury also costing £££ but otherwise would be all over that. Lineup seems to run a lot deeper than this year, introduction of the Big Top will be a game changer I imagine.

Couldn't name a Roxy Music song off the top of my head, but could name at least 5-6 stone cold bangers from Duran Duran with ease. Speaking as a 33 year old without the same knowledge of music as everyone else here, seems silly to compare the two. Duran Duran clearly have much more cut through with the younger generation. Roxy Music aren't gonna be headlining Hyde Park anytime soon.

Roxy Music did always seem like an odd choice and I do wonder if they're playing elsewhere. West Holts headliner like Bryan Ferry? Maybe they were only ever on standby for the slot and it has 'fallen through' by virtue of Glastonbury securing their first choice act, and they therefore revert to West Holts headline or 3rd down Pyramid perhaps.

At the festival this year?

Said it before, Pulp would be a great fit for it. Been going long enough, got the back catalogue and performance chops for it. Sunny afternoon, cold pint in hand, belting out Sorted for E's and Whizz. Perfect.

Metallica have always got to be in with a shout of doing a secret set given Lars is going to be at the festival anyway.

Bayou Surf and Turf at West Holts gotta be an all timer for a festival debut. Awesome stuff.
