Fatboy Slim? If he's after ticking off every stage at the festival this would be his chance for the Pyramid. Also a consolation prize for his 2020 Other Stage headline booking being scrapped. Not sure if he could work a daytime show, but I have seen other DJ's mid-afternoon (Shy FX @ Boomtown springs to mind) and it's been ace.

What block? My mobile IP address had been blocked, I could access the forums via VPN and it's worked perfectly fine on WiFi. Of course I still wanted to access the forums and post despite being caught in your IP banning spree.

What on earth are you talking about? All I did was mention how the issue I had with my IP is no longer an issue and I can access the forums again.

Only just realised my mobile Internet IP has either changed or been unbanned as I can get on the forum without a VPN now.

I imagine at that point technically it is, as all tickets are allocated, but every year some go back in the pot due to declined payments etc. Just it pays to know this and to persevere, which is why some of us got rewarded.

Just being organised. We got 38/38 which was a combination of being organised, good comms, sheer perseverance and luck. Once one group is sorted, they try for others etc. Only 2 out of the 6 groups who were all successful got their own tickets.

Surely there's a way that you can go in to see that me and others have only ever posted from one account on a particular device? Everyone gets that you get massive grief from the same people making multiple troll accounts and spamming the forum, but stopping multiple genuine forum users from being able to use it seems like total overkill.

What's the point in going ad-free if you can't access the site in the first place?

For those who failed on the payment screen, keep an eye out for emails. One of our group of 6 had it happen to them then the conformation email dropped into their inbox 15 mins later. Keep the faith.

38/38 for us. Was not looking good at 9.40am, ended up getting the last 12 at 10.35am. Complete lottery but you do increase your odds if you're determined enough. Gonna be a vintage year, can feel it in my loins

what happened today or a ballot system? I do honestly prefer a bloodbath like today and would take it over a Ticketmaster style queuing system every day of the week. Felt like sheer determination and perseverance paid off today. I know there might be some who got cockteased massively with a page crashing (happened to me Thursday), but a 90 min bunfight seems to be the fairest way. Am sure the length of sale probably put off quite a few mid sale. Same discussion every year is had, but this year's sale was significantly longer than previous years.

Not an error, would just be payments declining on previous orders and tickets going back into the pot. Always happens. Got 12 this year after the sold out tweet.

They shouldn't be booked because Axl sounds like a cat being strangled. All well and good for Barry Gibb to squawk his way through the cheesy slot at teatime with a load of backing singers, or the crowd to do Supremes karaoke, but by all accounts Axl doesn't appear to be up to the job of topping the Pymild.

She could easily play 3rd down, 4th at a real stretch. Headliner right now is out of the question though, new album wasn't the absolute smash hit people expected. Lizzo subbing Elton is the dream.

Dua Lipa isn't touring and Future Nostalgia would be 3 years old next summer, shoo in for 2024 though you'd have thought. Pink is already booked up that weekend. They're both headliners for sure, but unavailable. Florence is the one for me, 8 year gap and she was still doing BST in 2019. Just whether the festival sees her 2015 set as one and done, and not someone they feel the need to revisit.

Yeah it wouldn't be the most progressive of bookings, but neither was The Cure, The Killers, Paul McCartney etc and at least GnR haven't played the fest before. Ultimately though if Taylor isn't about and there's no obtainable big female booking, the festival has to revert to type or give a huge bump up to someone like a Paramore.

To be fair the vast majority of the chat has been over whether they're a big enough act to do it (yes they are) as opposed to whether they should (probably not)
