  1. Saw Paolo Nutini on Friday - just phenomenal voice and great vibe with his band from psychedelic rock to funk to acoustic solo with some completely new arrangements of his golden oldies. Saw him on the Other in 2014 after the infamous electrical storm. Really hope he returns in 2023 after missing his secret set in the rabbit hole this year. Newbie friend caught him by turning up early - me “you’ll never get near…”
  2. Still to set foot in the on-site co op but as far as I know only Sticklinch stopped people bringing crisps in 🤷‍♀️
  3. Security confiscated any crisps in foil packets due to a cow related injury. I thought they were joking until we saw a pile full of them. Made the decision to leave my mega multipack of munchies in the car. Turned out to be someone interpreting the rules rather over zealously! No one.stopped the on site co op!
  4. We’ll have to wait and see how they play it this year. In 2019 they had both but this year seemed to move some of the more luxury tents to sticklinch. Have heard no more podpads this year
  5. There was the mass crisp confiscation fiasco in Sticklinch last year!
  6. Many times, absolutely fine for four adults, plenty of space. Beware the smaller “glastonbury bell”
  7. Pretty sure it’s the same page, you don’t know you’re being slowed down
  8. Yes. A fair walk but nice meander through greenfields. Just further to walk but on the flat. Not there last year but they were open at least twice a day. Quite a queue at busy times. There are but they cost £5-10
  9. Shhhh! WV does give you a lovely wander through the green fields on the way down
  10. Absolutely delighted! Thought all hope was lost until my friend saw £250 go out of her account! Her 15 year old daughter had got lucky at 10.25 well after the official “sold out”. My daughter got them at 10 after payment held for ages… (iPhone on 4g)
  11. My friend’s daughter got them for us at 10.25!
  12. Well done those of you who were successful! Doesn’t seem many though… is there a poll? was trying for my daughter and friends. Got nowhere and nor did my son and friends. Fewer helpers for Sunday! Good luck to us all 🤞
  13. I used to use 4 browsers on incognito but not convinced it helped and now prefer to focus on refreshing one only (personally I wait the page to fully reload and count down - there was a year when the twenty second countdown didn’t move which was very disconcerting). Over the years I have probably been most successful on my phone on 4g. My laptop goes through a work server which doesn’t help. Never used auto refresh so some balancing between laptop and phone. 2019 was a hopeless year, got them this year in the resale. 2018 one of my group got them.
  14. Is this with multiple people? Presumably you can still only refresh so fast with one finger… if we have multiple people trying they use 4g. Only one on wifi. This is a new phenomenon to me though, never happened before
  15. My main anxiety being you don’t know when they’ve blocked you, you just get the same “not available message”
  16. I think it’s per IP. I had a nightmare with Taylor Hawkins tribute Wembley tickets earlier in the year. Must have got frustrated and refreshed too fast so was getting nowhere on see tickets. When I tried re-logging in it gave me the “we think you’re a bot message” with no way of resolving. Same on phone even on 4g. Tried ticketmaster - blocked there too. Eventually managed to reset through a CS query which prompted me with a Captcha picture test. Happy ending, got tickets at 2.30 that afternoon. Makes me anxious to not refresh too quickly
  17. Absolute highlight for me! Crush on Leezy also, the woman is phenomenal. Texas sun with Leon Bridges was a highlight. Got a good spot near the front thank goodness
  18. Define “bigger”. If you’re a headliner you know that crowd is yours. If you’re sub, a large proportion are waiting for the headliner. I’ve seen some awkward subs, most notably The Black Keys in 2014 where the crowd just wanted Kasabian. They would have been an ideal Other headliner at that time
  19. Bothering with Wet Leg or Fleetmac Wood in the park, however learnt from this and had an awesome spot for Kraungbin Receiving a text from a newbie friend saying Paolo was on in the rabbit hole. Said, no point you’ll never get near. She was virtually on the rail…
  20. No searches at all on either gate. No queues either. Could do with slightly better signposting on the main road but fewer country lanes than WV
  21. Ha! I doubt you were alone. They did have a damn good flush on them to be fair. I preferred the open air composts myself!
