  1. Perhaps not the most niche (this is mainly driving music) but I’d take it!
  2. I haven’t seen anything and the sale on only days away now so assume not
  3. Only two but you can link them together with a group name to be sited in the same place
  4. Yes definitely. Can’t think of anywhere they’re not allowed 😊 it would be big enough if they’re little.
  5. Portishead was my first headliner and still one of my favourites. Don’t let my son forget he dragged me away from this unique set to see AM. He has only seen them 7 or 8 times since…
  6. There were no other transport options for Sticklinch this year
  7. Stayed in WV many times and Sticklinch last year. I heard the WV steps replaced by a long and winding road this year. I would say the walk on average is about the same (depends where you are headed obviously). The WV walk down is far more interesting through greenfields etc but the hill home is a trudge. Strummerville is a nice stop off for a last drink and a great view over the site.
  8. The green fields are a good place to retreat to if overwhelmed - Sticklinch is a fair walk, wouldn’t want to go back and fore
  9. Hmm very cosy I’d say. Better for a couple. Two of us slept in a 4 man for the extravaganza once - much better
  10. Yes but they charge £25 cancellation fee per tent (not per order)
  11. Double nope - worst band I’ve seen live (twice) more bored than the crowd
  12. Yep we didn’t stay for Ed. Went over to Arcadia and finished up at Strummerville. I appreciate the policy of encouraging crowd movement but it does lead to some under appreciated subs while the crowd waits…
  13. Quite! Typical Glastonbury juxtaposition! Saw them support the Foos in Milton Keynes bowl some years ago
  14. And another… saw them in Cardiff on Monday, great show. 2017 they last played?
  15. Ha, we were by the “doors” but can’t see us, great night throwing some shapes!
  16. Second this, had a great night in shit tv after the first half hour of Adele
  17. I think I was back in the tent by 3.30 but do post in case I recognise myself! 😂
  18. Grace Jones has been announced as a headliner for Camp Bestival. Her meltdown at the royal festival hall this summer was superb. Has she ever played at the farm?
  19. QOTSA as headlining festivals in Europe the week before and the week after. Rolled over from 2019
  20. We were in the Hop & Liquor after Paul McCartney, cracking 80s/90s dance off till about 2am. Years ago there was a similar bar/disco in Glasto Latino when it was in the SE corner. Also very much enjoyed a similar indie dj set in the unfairground early doors on the Thursday as Williams Green was shut off
  21. Best thing I have seen in years (and sadly only in a filmed performance) is Prima Facie with Jodie Comer, now on Broadway. Phenomenal performance. Catch it on National Theatre Live
  22. This makes me really sad! One of my favourite plays and to see it in the tiny Fortune theatre is something else
