Thank you! Honestly with all the Side B albums, which are for the most part just as great as the originals, I could curate a three hour set from her with EASE. An hour isn’t enough (but it’ll still be the best hour of my week) I hope she does do a couple of the lesser known/more unique numbers.. I’ve never heard her do ‘Summer Love’ live but that would go down a TREAT for me. But honestly there’s only a few songs she could throw in which I wouldn’t go apesh*t for.

I’m getting a little older and over the last couple of years have been struggling with intolerances to certain things in some alcohol that can make me quite sick. Barley is a big one, Millet, Rye to a certain degree, also certain preservatives (E222 in Brothers Cider - and probably others but Brothers was the first I checked). Im going to be mainly on the vodka train but I don’t know that it’s especially a daytime drink and wanted to try and find a good gluten free beer to take in so I can have a couple per day. Any suggestions? I know Peroni do a gluten free version but it specifically says they use the same ingredients including barley so I’m sceptical

I’ve actually seen her name on here way more than I expected on peoples must sees since announcement, which is great to see. This will be my fifth or sixth time seeing her and it always is such JOY, she’s a great performer and just a good egg, Also, all, CRJ fans will tell you that Call Me Maybe (while it will be a moment at an event like this) is well amongst her worst songs, genuinely not a highlight in her repertoire. Run Away With Me, Cut To The Feeling and some of the lesser known album tracks are where her genius lie. I am CERTAIN that many people don’t know what she has in her arsenal - if you want something different to explosive pop, check out songs like ‘Comeback’, ‘Now I Don’t Hate California After All’, ‘Bends’, ‘Keep Away’… she’ll do precisely none of them in this set but that’s not the point haha

honestly the respectful nature you’ve displayed in this response should ease your own conflict, it is a bit of a numbers game as if it was JUST full of respectful allies like yourself then it does defeat the purpose, but that seems unlikely. personally as long as you are clued up on who the space was created for and are respectful to those people and the way they use their space, I think you’re welcome. It’s the people who come and gawk like they are seeing zoo animals, or those who try to centre themselves in it that are a problem. See you there!
