zoetwodotss
Heyyy, So it's our first time at Glasto this year and we're travelling down by National Express coach from up North - arriving at lunchtime on the Thursday. I've been to festivals before and together we've taken a rucksack each plus a trolley to share to carry tent/alcohol etc. Does anybody know how strict National Express are on the 1 piece of luggage per person limit? We're just worried it'll have to be left/or we'll struggle to carry everything by hand. Plus, how's space to pitch on a Thursday lunchtime? Any recommendations as to where we'll find a decent, nice space? Thanks!!
FrankieX
One piece of luggage? The luggage policy on the website HERE says "You may take one or two medium sized suitcases/rucksacks onto a service (weighing no more than 20kg each) free of charge, and one small piece of soft hand luggage." But more importantly for coaches to Glastonbury, it goes on to say "Excluded from the excess luggage charge are: Hotel Hoppa, RailAir, Non-National Express services sold by National Express and Events services.". All this basically means that so long as there's enough space and you aren't taking the mickey with the amount you're taking, they'll take everything I think. carlos_londres
From the confirmation email: Trollies or Wheelbarrows are not permitted. Remember there are lots of other passengers on the coach and we cannot be held responsible if your luggage will not fit on the coach. VisionOfLove
From the confirmation email: Is that a confirmation from National express as asked about, or see tickets?
