A D Lewis
I saw Kissmet in the Big Top at Wychwood Festival and they completely rocked the show. They were by far the most interactive and fun band and had the whole place singing and jumping and dancing all night long. They were easily better than the Diving Comedy (Devine Comedy) on the main stage. They should headline the event next year. What does anyone else think? 5co77ie
Thought they were great - I'm not all that excited about seeing a band play one year and headline the next - I prefer new things each year but then Heavy Load rocked and so did last night, and if they do return they deserve a main stage slot - I think Rachel Unthank should play again when its quiet! shugie
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seen them about 6 or 7 times over the past years at various Festivals. Although I thought they were great way back - I now find them a wee bit 'karaoke' - in fact, their version of Govinda (although it should be the better, for obvious reasons) is a 'damp squib' when you compare it to Kula Shaker's version - thank god they're back together, Saturday at this year's Guilfest..... Sorry, but you DID ask!
timespeedsup
First time I'd seen them. Enjoyed them plentiful, and will be tracking their whereabouts at Glasto. (so it was a cover of Kula Shaker, it sounded familiar)
vampcherry
Great energetic band with unique sound. Lovely drummer/singer too, met him later that night and had a nice chat. Must see them again.
maria robertson
I too thought they were fantastic. The positive vibe that they put across right from the beginning was a joy, and the drums and rock guitar together made they by far my highlight of the festival. Absolutely brilliant. timespeedsup
It's a distinct possiblity, most of my time at Glasto these days is spent in Avalon and recommendations from on here are enough to make sure I give em a go.
