Massively looking forward to this already, only five months to go. I'm starting that week seeing The Zombies performing Odessey and Oracle and finishing with his royal Bobness' long awaited return to the UK. I can't think of more epic bookends for my triumphant homecoming week to Glasgow.

Just got front centre section tickets for Liverpool, although I think it's one of the rows towards the back of the section. Just chuffed to get tickets to be honest.

I'm now very excited because I'm going to the O2 tomorrow night instead of this now. :)

The recent set-lists have been looking good too.

You were the one coming in here saying that Rufus was better than Bob - don't have a pop at me for arguing sunshine!

"Idiot wind, blowing through the flowers on your tomb,

Blowing through the curtains in your room.

Idiot wind, blowing every time you move your teeth,

You're an idiot, bud.

It's a wonder that you still know how to breathe"

That's my favourite song by Ol' Bob man.

"I ran into the fortune-teller, who said beware of lightning that might strike

I havent known peace and quiet for so long I cant remember what its like.

Theres a lone soldier on the cross, smoke pourin out of a boxcar door,

You didnt know it, you didnt think it could be done, in the final end he won the wars

After losin every battle.

I woke up on the roadside, daydreamin bout the way things sometimes are

Visions of your chestnut mare shoot through my head and are makin me see stars.

You hurt the ones that I love best and cover up the truth with lies.

One day youll be in the ditch, flies buzzin around your eyes,

Blood on your saddle."

yeah i was stating that i think he's a better songwriter than dylan. nothin inflammatory there. nothing inviting anyone to start a debate with me.

Well why don't you theorize on your rhetorical points in a Wainwright thread?

Anyone got the new album yet? Very bluesy

I need to see Bob Dylan live, so much.

That's what I thought but sadly when I saw him in Sheffield it was terrible. I knew his entire setlist but couldn't recognise my favourite songs. such as Just like a woman, It's alright ma, Stuck inside a Mobile, the sound quality was just terrible. The effort put in by Dylan equated to the level of the sound.

Saying that he is playing in Sheffield again tonight and my mate is off to see him, so maybe he might improve.

Bob Dylan is a massive w*nker.

There I said it.

That's what I do, I nay say a popular thing because it makes me look cool.

Class, so pointing out the fact that Dylan can't sing very well at all also makes me, the vessel of truth, cool? That's quite some deal that like. Shame I don't really care though.

You'll have to take extra care to conceal the rifle mind.

You'd have a problems. He's asked his mother to bury his guns in the ground, apparently he doesn't need them anymore.

How was it staggerlee?

My friend loved it, but he was only 30 rows from the front. I was right at the back in the stands.

He said he played a couple from the new album but mostly classics and finished with a great, re-worked version of Blowin' in the wind. I was right at the back in the stands.

SPOILER ALERT

From Uncut

Bob Dylan played two wildly different venues in London over the weekend, as part of the current leg of his Never-Ending Tour

On Saturday, April 25, he played the 20,000 capacity 02 Arena, whilst on Sunday, April 26, Dylan played at the 4,800 capacity Roundhouse in Camden.

The show – the smallest on his current world tour – was also attended by a number of celebrities, including Bill Wyman, Jude Law, Terry Gilliam and Bill Nighy.

Uncut's Allan Jones will be filing a full report on both shows later today (April 27). So check back here for Allan's blog.

The set list for Bob Dylan's 02 show was:

Maggie's Farm

The Times They Are A-Changin'

Things Have Changed

Chimes Of Freedom

Rollin' And Tumblin'

The Lonesome Death Of Hattie Carroll

'Til I Fell In Love With You

Workingman's Blues #2

Highway 61 Revisited

Ballad Of Hollis Brown

Po' Boy

Honest With Me

When The Deal Goes Down

Thunder On The Mountain

Like A Rolling Stone

(encore)

All Along The Watchtower

Spirit On The Water

Blowin' In The Wind

The set list for Dylan's Roundhouse show was:

Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat

Don't Think Twice, It's All Right

Tangled Up In Blue

Million Miles

Rollin' And Tumblin'

Tryin' To Get To Heaven

Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum

Sugar Baby

High Water (For Charley Patton)

I Don't Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met)

Po' Boy

Highway 61 Revisited

Ain't Talkin'

Summer Days

Like A Rolling Stone

(encore)

All Along The Watchtower

Spirit On The Water

I'm sure the Edinburgh Playhouse show is the smallest of the tour. Where I'm in row three. Not sure if I'll be able to enjoy the show as I'll most likely be constantly and steadily ejaculating for a full two hours.
