I don't think much of it was intentional.

Example: Smoking area - one guy runs towards his mate, jumps, smacks his head on a wooden beam so hard that the whole area went silent in a "Oh my God, he's dead" moment. Then proceeded to piss ourselves laughing for the next 5 minutes while he tried not to cry. I have a photo of his impressive lump (steady...!) on my phone for some bizarre reason this morning.

And generally lots of stuff like that, all evening. Lots and lots. Madness.

    • My wife works for a music company, they have an allocation already.  They run a ballot for it early next year.
    • This is my guess too.    2028 festival breaks the £400 barrier.
    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
