Are you using IE? Close the browser completely and try it again. Try right clicking the link and selecting "Save file as...". Try clearing your browser's cache (called temporary internet files in IE, I think).

I've just checked my sever logs and the clashfinder's been downloaded by 9,728 unique IP addresses. I think there's a reasonable chance of hitting 10k by this evening . IIRC, last year's clashfinder was downloaded by around 2,500 unique addresses.
