Check out Meo Kalorama in Lisbon. Cheap city, cheap Ubers to and from festival. Lineup not released yet but we went in 2023 and it was great. We're doing Primavera Porto this year.

I'm sure most listed on this thread are good. We didn't enjoy Open'er much, but it may have improved in last 10yrs.
