Campervan passes

Hi, 

If I were to get a campervan pass in the upcoming resale (I know that is a big if) and then didn't end up using it, could I give it to some friends or is it the same as a normal ticket with the name/photo stuff?

Campervan passes are linked to your registration number so they can't be given away or traded.

theres a name on the cv ticket which is meant to match the name on an entrance ticket, they've only done it like that for a few years, but no one checks the names.
