Return coach

Hi everyone

My coach return is for 4am Monday. I'd really prefer not to get that as that basically destroys the last night. Do people know how easy it is to get on a later coach? Seen to remember last year they didn't really check tickets

They didn't check tickets last year so in theory should be possible.

My return coach is around lunchtime, I won't be too pleased if I can't get on because it's already full of latecomers!

I guess if that was the case would they actually bother checking tickets then? My coach last year was half full, it was at 7am though..

I know quite a lot of people make their own way home on the Monday

Just resigned myself to the 4.30am return. It is annoying (and somewhat cruel I'd say) but it is what it is and I have decided to accept my fate. Going to camp in Pylon or Darble for a stress free getaway, contemplating packing up in the morning leaving my stuff at the lock up and just staying out sunday night.

I had the same problem last year, I didn't turn up and got on one no problem late morning. They didn't even check my ticket and the coach was half full anyway! Policy can always change though, but I suspect as the coaches are already all paid for they don't really care.

I guess what they ought to do is put correct ticket holders on first, then first come first served to fill up any remaining seats. It always seems a bit disorganised and those early times are just ridiculous so I don't really blame anybody for taking advantage and trying for later coaches.
