If successful do I have to reserve/pay for campervan ticket today ?

I just saw a tweet about this from Seetickets.

They say you don't pay for extras like campervans until you pay your ticket balance in April.

i thought they went on sale in a couple of weeks when the Tipis etc do?

yes they go on sale along with the worthy view accommodation later this month.

I think Campervan tickets are out some time this month (I.e. late October).

Yes, they go on sale at the same time as Worthy View and Tipis which is pants for anyone who is still hoping to get a ticket in the resale. Bad move I think

Huh?  Has it changed?  Last year, our camper van ticket was bought and paid for as we paid our balance in April.

Hang on. Camper vans are usually on sale in April when you pay your balance. Has this changed then?

Apparently and they're tied to the person who books then so no swaps/selling spares....

Thanks for the heads up on this.  I can't get on the Glasto main page at the minute, due to increased traffic, but id have not know otherwise.

Whoever has got a ticket now can get a CV ticket in 2-3 weeks when they go on sale. It doesn't need to be today's lead booker, just someone who's got a ticket. However, I think you can get 2+ tickets as long as you are in a convoy, therefore going in together.
