Popsider75
I have been the last three BD's and always arrived for the opening on Thursday afternoon. Due to another commitment considering getting on site first thing on Friday. Has anyone tipped up on a Friday morning before and what is it like finding a camping spec? Whilst I have been there not really paid much attention seeing as settled in by then. I usuallly camp in the first field through the entrance. My tent is fairly big. Any help appreciated,
Michaels denim shorts
Redwoods will be fine for any size tent Friday, bit quieter but nice for a bit of kip, you'll probably be able to squeeze in somewhere up by the tiny tea tent too it doesn't get that rammed

5co77ie
Bare in mind that if the first car park is full you'll be coming in a difference entrance further down the site from the redwoods.

Must admit I didn't realise there were other car parks. Does that mean it is less/more/similar walk?
5co77ie
have you been before? if you have see last year's programme - instead of coming in Blue at the top of the hill, you come in Yellow along the valley from Redwoods.
