Deer lodge

Does anyone have the email saying we have to print off e tickets? It seems to say our official tickets received through post are no longer valid and we should use the printed ones instead? On another point, does anyone have experience of deer lodge? Are the reception staff useful? Been to kc a few times, but never deer lodge!

The email just means that people can now arrive separately. We were going to have a problem so are delighted

The reception staff were great last year. Really helpful. They sold ice too.

There were showers which could be used by anyone in Deer Lodge or Emperors. Presume it will be the same. However you could see the showers directly through the door of our yurt and at no point last year was the queue short enough to even consider standing in it.

We used the buckets of water thrown at each other method. Cold but then it barely stopped raining so didn't matter.

We've bought the club class tickets this year but will probably just end up doing the cold water thing again

not yet - i think its a bit late for them to spring this on some folk - who may be already on their travels, no access to printer etc etc etc............  so if you rocked up with your proper postal ticket would they not allow access do you think!? or if we can just show them the eticket on our devices - assuming we all have said device and good enough internet in a field.

Well it did state (on the original email) that the original printed ticket was no longer valid??

However I did speak to ticketline and they assured me that the e-tickets on a phone is sufficient - assuming we can get signal/email access.

We're intending to take the original ticket and all the paperwork as well so as a last resort if we don't get the e-ticket I'll ring ticketline, tell them to sort it and hand my phone over to deer lodge reception :-)

As you say though - bit late in the day to spring this one
