Payment Plan tickets.

Hi all,

We bought our tickets in the first wave of release. ...(well one ticket, we were lucky enough to get one of the £35 ones for the second ticket we needed). Does anyone know when the last payment is taken for these tickets?

Thanks.

I bought mine on the 15th August on an 11 month plan. I assume my last payment is next month but I don't really have a clue!

We've also ended up with one extra ticket as my friends hadn't realised I'd booked mine separately. Probably the wrong thread but does anyone know the link for the site Kendal recommends for reselling tickets at Face Value?

Ticketline don't make things easy...sending out emails to ask if you want to make the final payment on your payment plan ticket and giving you less than a week to confirm...I feel sorry for the poor bastards who are on holiday/away from home and not able to receive/send emails.

Can see a number of angry punters next week.

I thought that when i first got the email, it does have a line in it saying they'll try to take payment as usual mind, so hopefully folks away will be ok

I got that email yesterday, thought bloody hell have my payments been bouncing or something as it was saying to ring first to check the amount as they will try and take all outstanding payments. If we've been paying each month all this time I think it's bloody crackers to have to confirm the last payment! Will make sure I reply this weekend for fear of losing my tickets - as I'm guessing you'll lose all the money you've paid over too.....then could your tickets could end up in the resale!?

Yeah i thought the same thing, i assume if you dont make the last payment you've wasted the rest as you wont get it back

That email baffled me too.

I hadn't missed a payment but the way it was worded suggested I had. Hopefully they'll deduct my last payment as usual!

I got a message back to say my last payment will come out tomorrow as usual, so long as everyones payment date was 17th or before you should be ok, if its after id email them asking about it

Just had a mail back from them. I haven't missed a payment and it's due to be taken out automatically on the 14th as usual!

How odd. I don't know why they bothered sending the emails to everyone.

Yeah I had the same, stressed for days trying to get in touch with them cos my bank card had been replaced. Their phone service is virtually non existent.

Finally got through to be told everything was fine and it was just a standard email. Didn't look too standard !

    • Thanks so much - that's very helpful. Someone else mentioned getting a train from Loughborough to East Midlands Parkway, and then a festival shuttle from there to the site. I think they were then going to come back on the Skylink Derby to Loughborough - I assume this is because the trains don't run as late as the Skylink, otherwise they would just come back the same way they came?! Is the transport hub a long way from the main stage? Just wondering what time I would need to leave Linkin Park to be sure of getting a shuttle. As I say, I am sure it will all be clear on the day, even after a few beers! Just hope the rain stays away...
    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
