Foxy1984
I have recently got married. My ticket will have my old surname on it and my ID (driving licence) has my new surname on it! Think I might have to take a my marriage certificate with me! I have two copies...
eFestivals
In theory you shouldn't need to take ID, as your face should match the photo on the ticket. My missus has the same issue with her name, and as the photo is now many years old the likeness isn't great. She won't be taking any extra ID, so it'll be an argument at the gates if they don't think it's her.
Funkyfairy!
Take your old passport - old name, and doesn't matter if something happens to it
Foxy1984
I think the photo is a good likeness. I've never had to show any other ID before with the same photo. I just had a sudden realisation as I paid off the balance that my name had changed!
Padgey
And if the arguments and old I.D. fail you can always resort to "Do you know who I am?"!
