Hmm, the website says:

If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets on 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 9th 2014.

Have you tried that number?

See also have an order checker service on their website, have you tried that?

Just seen this on a FB group:

The number on the Glasto site (0844 412 4626)? Ignore it. Doesn't work, simply tells you all tickets are sold out.

Instead, if you want to speak to someone at SeeTickets (rather then trust the email options) then phone 0871 220 0260 and pick the 'cancelled event' option. Eventually will give you the chance to speak to someone in person.

Ok, that person then passes the details onto Customer Service who should then phone you back (am waiting atm) but at least you know they're actually aware of something!

What a bugger that you can't go, hope whatever it is that is stopping you turns out all ok and that you're able to get everything cancelled and not left out of pocket. Would be gutted to go through the process of getting tickets and getting everything sorted and then having to cancel at this point.

A girl who was coming with us has just emailed to cancel her ticket. Bricking myself as mine and hers are on the same order number! Also the card I paid with has been cancelled so they'll probably have trouble with the refund. Last year they mixed up all the postcodes, address details and credit card details, 3 of us had to ring up on a conference call everytime we contacted them :sarcastic:

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
