Nick Grimshaw just mentioned that the full lineup won't be released on Monday but there will still be a big announcement. He then said that he was in Radio 1 very early this morning because he had to record a phone interview with the second headliner to be played out on Monday morning. "A worldwide act who is too busy being famous to talk to us on Monday". I think all signs are pointing to Katy Perry. Not to mention that 'Dark Horse' got taken off the Radio 1 playlist this week only for her new single 'Birthday' to replace it (even though it's impact date isn't for a few weeks).

Anyone else think it could be Beyoncé and or Jay Z?

The past couple of weeks "Drunk in Love" has been re-added to the "A" playlist even though she's released various other songs since (and was promoting Drunk in Love around the time of the Grammys and it was released in December)

Also with talk of them doing a joint tour and buying a house in London it might be a perfect opportunity for them to launch the joint tour?

"On Friday night Radio 1 will be getting the Big Weekend party started by broadcasting live from the iconic George Square in Glasgow. Radio 1's Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Zane Lowe and Danny Howard will be joined by some of the world’s biggest DJs."

Anyone heard any rumours who the worlds biggest DJs will be?There saying its a 6 hour event,so if the 5 above get 1 hour each we will be getting one more DJ by the looks of it.

doubt anyone would be daft enough to agree to that kind of price (i hope)

as for the friday headliner i noticed last night that tiesto is doing some radio 1 residency thing...

also knife party are in the uk on the saturday. surely nailed on ?
