Just a little shoutout to Heather Music Festival.

HMC is a small festival celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The festival starts tonight and runs through Fri, Sat & Sun. Entrance is free (pass the bucket) and it is held in 3 pubs within a small village. 50 bands over the weekend with camping available Fri and Sat at the back of the local football club, charge for camping is £10 for both nights (per tent not per person).

This will be our 4th year and the past 3 years really have been everything a small intimate festival can give. This year is a little larger than usual due to the anniversary and will include festival stalls for the first time and the culmination of a local battle of the bands.

That time of year again. Heather Music Festival 2014 takes place once again over the weekend 25/26/27th July.

Same format - weekend camping is £10 per tent. Free entry (pass the bucket).

Hmmmm, I'd never previously heard of the village of Heather, in spite of having lived relatively close by for some years ....... but this looks like excellent value for money - will spread the word!
