Already crapping myself over tickets

Ok, also not looking forward to t day, this year was a nightmare, and only just got tickets on a final final unannounced resale. Was talking to a girl at the fest that got tix really easy, she said she did something special to get passed the congestion, all IT speak which went straight over my head! I thought see had put something in place to stop that, but from what this girl said, obviously not!

So what do we need to get the computers in tip top shape (in basic terms please)?

Got a few months to get head round it so hopefully will be prepared!
