ear infection/vertigo

Hell's teeth, well this is not what I had in mind for today.

I have a cold/ear infection and had slight dizziness last night which i know from experience can only be one thing, Vertigo. I have been diagnosed in the past with BPPV

I have rang my audiologist who said hopefully it was just a one off and will disappear but I have been told I have to wait a few days to see how I am !!!!!!!!!!! An Epley Maneuvre normally does the trick, does anybody know if in the Green Fields, somebody there might do these kind of things? I know they have all types of massages etc

Any help appreciated.

Travel sickness tablets. My mum got given them when she had it. Not sure how they react with booze though

Travel sickness tablets work by dehydrating you and have strict warnings about booze. I'd avoid them if possible

I suffer alot with vertigo/Labyrinthitis and my audiologist pointed me to these instructions on how to a self epley maneuver to help me when on hols, sometimes it works for me sometimes it doesn't

I had to miss 2010 after getting vestibular neuritis 3 weeks before. Was off work for about 8 weeks with it. Hope you get some relief from it. Have you tried prochlorperizine (stemitil) before? I found that really helped for the short term.
