Even through cloud at this time of year you will get sunburn, especially if you're fair like me. Carrying your rucksack on Monday with burned shoulders is no fun at all!!

So cream it up folks!!!

I just looked up the suncream I bought - Soltan Once Invisible spray - to post on here about it. I thought it looked ideal. Easy to apply, no white residue and lasts 8 hours.

However, I see from the reviews it is greasy and leaves yellow stains on your clothes so buying more suncream is on my to do list today!

Don't pack it in the bottom of your bag and put some on before leaving (getting out of the car, if your sleeping in the carparks tonight). Loads of people seem to get burnt on the first day, queuing up and putting up tents.
