I've worked for Oxfam.

You find out when you arrive with them, you get given a nice welcome pack with all your stuff and this states your shifs and locations. If you want a swap they have a big whiteboard in the main tent where you stick your name, shift and mobile number up so someone who wants to swap a shift can phone you to arrange.

Yeh they really were great to work for and I would reccomend it to anyone (at Glasto or anywhere else), met loads of brilliant people, got to see parts of the site I wouldn't have otherwise and they even give you a wee batch of food vouchers, you get something like 4 free meals in their campsite.

No, 4 per day would be pretty sweet though!

I can't remember the exact amount but you get several of them, maybe 4 or 5 to do you the week (or to cover your shift days) then you pay for the rest of your stuff as you go.
