Has anyone got any tips for potential new music for this year?

I'll start off with Tom Odell...came across him when I was looking for a ticket for when I'm down in London next month (but he was sold out!)....think he'll fit in well in Chai Wallahs.

Try Brothers & Bones - superb band we saw supporting Kassidy last year. seen them again at xmas and are touring now. They won a load of awards for festivals in the south west last year. Really hope KC can get them as they are tipped for big things

Try looking for Ok Social Club, a guitar based Indie band from Edinburgh, fairly new but getting a great reception

Saw these last year in Preston supporting Craig Charles. Have noticed them on a few festival line ups since. Would be good in the afternoon. If we can get them up to 1000 views they could maybe afford more than 3 instruments ( I`m counting the tambourine ).

Sorry Mick - my bad. See they`ve managed to progress to a drum kit and an extra guitar. I expect to see them romping up the hit parade soon.

Downloaded some tunes from 'Imagine Dragons' that were really good. American style indie rock that's new on the scene

Will look into these Dragon fellas. They are confirmed for T in the Park end of July so they are in the area - ish.

Don't think there's that much of them to check out yet, few tracks on itunes or amazon mp3 but that's about it. Well worth a listen if u get the chance tho

Bastille have been getting some decent press lately after the release of their first album, could see them filling a similar slot to tribes last year in the calling out tent.
