Mumford and Sons would be brilliant, but I can't see it this year, unless there are some surprise announcements!

Feeder opening the mainstage again like in 2010 would be amazing.

Wombats played last year.. but I am liking the list! We need more bands and less of the chart rubbish!

Agree with Ladyhawke, superb in the tent before - Pigeon Detectives would be good as well. What's happened to the White Lies rumours ? Have they been ruled out ?

There must be 80+ acts still to be announced/added to lineup. Having never been to V before either, I don't know how often further announcements are made after the first one..

This forum is very quiet though. The Glastonbury forum is more active - and there isn't even a festival there this year!

Just checked and last years V had 127 acts announced according to efests (I'm sad and counted) and this year has 46 announced so far. Out of them 127 acts a lot of them included small unknown acts and the comedy stage, stongbow arena etc. 87 of the acts were on the maine 4 stages. About 60 on the main 3 stages!

To summarise, i reckon V has about 2 or 3 medium-big acts to announce. 4-5 medium and 6-7 medium-small acts across the 3 main stages.

Ziggy Marley wasnt announced until the 3rd or 4th annoucement and he played main stage too so hopfully a couple of mainstage acts stil;l to be announced

I think Temper Trap have been mentioned (may even be a TBC), they have a few dates in May so probably want to get them sold before announcing V.
