grimupnorth
ORBITAL have just been announced as Saturday 30th June headliners at Beat-Herder 2012 !!!! "We’re absolutely made up to be hosting the Hartnoll brothers who are ‘ready to reclaim their title as lightheaded lords of the dance arena’ and soon releasing their first album in eight years - Wonky out April 1st. Orbital are playing only a few festival dates, and to be the first among them means Beat-Herder No7 will indeed be a special one" There will be plenty more treats coming your way in a few weeks! xx

hwanofbute
Great news about Orbital. Anyone know how far it is from car park to campsite area please?
Guest Flip
Literally the next field mate. But its very popular and fills up quickly on the Friday so get there early doors... Love this festival!!
SharonStoned
May even get to meet you Flip!!! Ha ha. x Hwanofbute: Depends on where you park as to the length of the walk. We had quite a hike last year. We were early arriving but got stuck in the worse traffic holding pen for hours so we were parked in the overspill, near the ruins. It was nothing like Glastonbury standards though & we managed to move the car near to the fence on Sunday, which had sections removed on Monday (bloody good shout organisers!!) so didn't have to walk up to the exit and round back down. So not all bad!!
Ainsley Taylor
Can't wait! A measley 8 weeks and 6 days.......!! What time are the stages on until? Is there anything that happens in the camping field like at leeds?

nu-marc88
Getting my tickets this weekend. So you can take your own beer into the performance arena or just the campsites? Does anyone know what day Goldie is on? And how far is the drop off point to the entrance? I am going to Stone roses on Friday so will only be coming on Saturday morning. Thanks. si_t
you can take your own beer in, yep/ drop off point not too far. not feeling this years lineup though - noticeably weaker than last years in my humble opinion.
feek
Tickets sold out way too quick this year. Looking at eBay, I'm beginning to see why - fucking ticket touts have nabbed a load of them and are selling them for more than £200 a shot. I really wanted to go this year but I most likely won't be able to because of these people buying up all the remaining tickets so they can make a killing by holding us over a barrel. Fine, my gloves are off and now I'm going to hit back because I'm fucking sick of them and I'm really fucked off. I'm going to make it my business to find out exactly who they are and post their details here and on the BH facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/BeatHerder Here's my first target... si_t
Would be very difficult to match last year's lineup, stood out by a mile compared to other festivals - but I bought this year's ticket for the amazing atmosphere, anything I like on the lineup is a bonus!!
