I've bought them on ticketmaster.co.uk and I have no freakin idea, how can I contact them, I only can see "FAQ" section and when I used "Ask a Question" option, I got automatically response about different issue. FML

Is there any direct mail to them?

Andy Copping says if you've bought 3 days camping and want to upgrade to 5 days contact the seller and they'll be able to upgrade you, no problem, he's said it to multiple people on twitter.

As ticketmaster is the main ticket agent of Live Nation and Download, I can't see them not doing doing this.

We are very strange kind of people(well, maybe it's normal on this forum ). We are trying various festivals over the Europe. Download was my "childhood dream" . So here I am . And my father complains that he is too old to rock, so he thinks Download will be great place for his music retirement.

(TBH - one of the main reason is Metallica, big fan - Download will be my 17th time )
