Well yes. Something comes up that pushes such scum down for a bit, but they just lie their lurking, knowing that as time passes, they'll get another opportunity to fuck the country up in their image. Even worse, the only thing they see wrong with that is that occasionally they get pushed down and have to remain quiet for a few months.
