Hi a friend of mine has decided he'd like to try for a ticket in the last resales tonight. Problem is the See tickets registration recovery is disabled...any ideas on other ways i can retrieve it.

any possibility he still has the confirmation email from 2009? As my gmail has never been full i've never deleted anything, so i guess mine is in there somewhere.....worth a shot if he can't get through.

also, try 0115 993 4183. last time i rang that number the person picked up saying 'see tickets glastonbury information line'.

search his email inbox. ive had updates from Seetickets/Glastonbury throughout the year about sales and resales and the registration number is quoted within them.

I got through eventually but now it seems his Registration has expired. Thanks everyone for all the help though
